I know you have seem so many posts pertaining to Whitney Houston’s death (RIP) but I am going to post one of my own. I am quite angry with some people who are bashing her because of what she did. It is quite funny because everybody knows she was going through some things, but when someone that isn’t rich and popular goes through the same things, they don’t glorify it if that makes sense. Whitney was a human being just like everyone else and should be given the respect, just like everyone else who isn’t popular or an amazing singer. My heart ached when I got on facebook and realized she had passed away, nobody knew the seriousness of her addiction, but that is beside the point. She was an amazing and soulful singer, I listened to her music regardless of the controversy surrounding her and her problems she had, just like other people. A lot of people have problems, some not as serious as others but everybody goes through some things. I also watched the youtube video of her funeral and it made me choke up and get teary eyed as some amazing artists paid tribute to her and when they started tearing up, I did also.
Moving on, I am sorry I haven’t been able to update as much as I’d like to but school is taking up a lot of time. I actually got most of my homework done except a project due this Thursday that I am waiting on my teacher to email me back on. I did get the week after that done in that class, one of my other classes I got done minus a problem on one of my picture edits that I am waiting for the teacher to email me back on. So I am doing pretty good this week. Only two more weeks and then Spring Break for me. Lol, I actually am not doing anything exciting, might take my baby swimming at our indoor pool here and get out of the house since I have that weekend off. I really need to get some topics to blog about so I am going to be searching the net these next few weeks and getting a few news stories that are striking my attention and what not.
I am going to go lay down since I do work in the morning and have some homework I have to do tomorrow night, so I leave you with this…

[EDIT:] Decided to switch back to my keri layout since I didn’t have a background that had tables so that I could use my own layout for now. Lol. I probably won’t update it for awhile because I am busy with life and school. Which btw I am going to try and do all my homework tomorrow. [/EDIT]So I haven’t updated in quite some time due to school, work and my babygirl taking up most of my time. Sorry about that. I am also going to try and edit my layout so that it fits higher resolutions, it looks really bad now that I have a widescreen monitor that is 1600×900 and it repeats the background. If only I knew how to center it with each resolution. If anyone knows, please give me the tip! For now, I am using a layout created by someone else, I love it but it definitely isn’t my design and I hate using other peoples designs
maybe it’s a pride thing? I don’t know. This post is taking me two days to write lol. I am quite busy with doing homework and what not.
I don’t work at JCPenney anymore because I could only work weekends and they said they did not have hours for me so they asked if I could resign. Kind of took me by surprise because I needed the extra money, but hey what are you going to do. They told me to call around June to see if they need me for back-to-school and I more than likely will just because Arianna’s birthday is in August and I want extra money to do birthday shopping.
Donovan’s job has been kind of blah lately. He has two more training classes to take before he can work full-time and they are kind of on some bs for now. They hired quite a few people and are only training two at a time in a class….which doesn’t make sense. I cannot wait until he starts working so that we can have more money to pay off some bills and what not. I paid off all my credit cards with my tax money so no more interest rates or anything! That will definitely save me some money. I just wish his work would hurry up and give him these next two training classes so he can start working and paying half the bills…it’s definitely stressful. Other than that, school has been going good. I definitely don’t mind these classes since they are design classes but they definitely have a lot of projects and stuff. Sign Language is killing me, we learn a new set of signs every week and it’s hard to keep up….not to mention you have to have 16 hours of study time outside of class, such as going to deaf events and stuff. That definitely is tedious because I haven’t had any…it’s embarrassing to walk into a deaf event and look stupid. I got one hour out of the way doing the online sites and training. But I need 8 by the end of this month. Ugh…I don’t know…I wish I could make up some lol.
Anyways I am going to go and watch TV and go to bed since I am super tired and got to work tomorrow. Until next time, lol. I am STILL looking for people to exchange links…c’mon I know a lot of people wouldn’t mind!
