Hi, my name is Brook and I am a 23 year old female living in Michigan. I have a beautiful 4 year old baby girl who is my life and has a speech disability. I am engaged to the love of my life Donovan est. 5/25/12. We however have been together since 6/11/09. I currently am a Leasing consultant for an apartment community and a full-time student at a community college. I love blogging about anything and everything. The blogpost will be a little delayed since both me and baby girl are sick with sinus infections and ear infections. So I will update soon and with lots of pictures and you guys will have a surprise come the end of February! I am so excited but waiting to spill the news!! Hope you all had a blessed holiday!I am so sorry I have been lacking posts here lately. I have been so busy with work and the holidays that I haven’t had much time to myself. I promise to update on Christmas or this weekend. My fiance is getting me a pretty sweet camera for Christmas and we got everybody else’s gifts all ready and put under the tree. I am getting super excited for Christmas and will hopefully update this weekend.

I was going to post another post today but that can wait. I want to follow everybody else and say how saddened I am by yesterday’s tragedy. I was at work when it all happened and I couldn’t help but have tears fill up in my eyes. In a way, I wish the man didn’t kill himself for the simple fact that I would be one of those people that would love to see him suffer in jail and be someone’s bitch or to watch him suffer an execution style murder himself. There are so many updates of this story and it is hard to say what is accurate news or not but I think these teachers that took the children in the closets and locked them in and comforted them should be recognized as heroes because without them and their quick thinking there would be more casualties. Also the person who turned the intercom on saved many more lives. This is all I have to touch on this topic because I am holding back tears as I am writing this post. I will be updating my website soon! I didn’t forget about it! I actually have the weekend off and Monday-Wednesday paid vacation off, so 5 day sin a row! WOOT! So expect an update from me!Okay so I pulled my visitor graph from my cpanel and I am disappointed in the amount of traffic I have to comments and followers! I didn’t realize I have over 400 unique visitors a month but no comments at all! To see how far I have come is amazing but then I am disappointed in the amount of visitors who don’t show their face. I don’t bite and I definitely comment back to each and every person that comments my site!! Take a look for yourself…
